1.30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags intact.
2. Return Reasons & Shipping Costs
● Quality Issues or Shipping Damage: We provide free returns and exchanges if the product is damaged during transit or has quality defects. In these cases, we bear all return shipping costs.
● Customer Preference: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection, or product not meeting expectations), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
3. How to Initiate a Return

● Important: Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We will provide the specific return address based on your location.
4. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
● Items requested for return after the 30-day window.
● Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer error.
5. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
6. Full Refund Eligibility (90-Day Guarantee)
A full refund or replacement will be automatically issued if:
● The item is not delivered within 90 days from the date of purchase.
● The item significantly differs from its website description.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable

9. Product Specific Conditions To ensure a smooth exchange, please note:
Original Condition: For non-defective exchanges (e.g., changed your mind on color), the product must show no signs of outdoor use (scratches, dirt, or water damage).
Hygiene & Safety: Humidifiers and water-based fans must be drained and completely dry before being shipped back.
Battery Safety: Please use the original protective insulation or packaging for products containing Lithium-ion batteries to ensure safe transit.
10. Quality Issues & Warranty If your flashlight, fan, or humidifier arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., won't charge, LED flicker), we provide a Free Replacement.
Please provide a short video or photo of the issue to our support team for rapid verification.
11. How to Exchange
